I like the app in general, but ran into a big problem. Ever since I had to change my password, I can no longer log in using the app. It tells me I’m using the wrong log in information even though I know the information is correct (it works without a problem when I use the website). I should add the current password worked once, but when I disabled face recognition (because my phone was trying to use the old password) it hasn’t worked since. Forcing the app closed, or reinstalling doesn’t help. This is a rather large bug to have. Changing your password, which is forced on you, shouldn’t prevent you from using the app.

I can not believe it takes over 4 weeks for Direct deposit! Every other place it’s one or two weeks! This is crazy. If you don’t know how to do it please let me know so maybe I can do something different.

This app is trash. I’m forced to use it for all time-off and sick-time requests at my work, and it’s nothing but frustration. You input days and hours, and misunderstandings on both the employee and office end happen all the time. Worst thing by far is the login. They require a Fort Knox level password (capital letter, numbers, symbols) so it’s easy to forget, and then if you do there is no “forgot your password” option. I’ve actually had to call these people on the phone to change my password. Unreal. And then the lady acted indignant like I was the one being difficult. Tell friends and especially bosses to stay away. I would have put zero stars if it was available.
