Siguen embarrándola
Cada vez que quiero pensar que hsbc argentina hace algo bien, me decepciona de nuevo. Los botones de ir hacia atrás están mal Mapeados respecto a la imagen. No hay un buen portal de pago interno. Para pagar tus propias tarjetas del HSBC tenes que ir siempre a pagos, agregar pago y poner manualmente el número de tarjeta cada vez. No te dice cuánto te resta pagar, ni tampoco actualiza s tiempo las fechas de cierre de cada período. Mi tarjeta ya cerró y está emitido el resumen, sin embargo en el portal de pago “no hay vencimiento informado”.
