Content OK, banner ads
The content is not encyclopedic, but is excellent as a way of jogging one's memory after having studied the tag in some more detailed resource. For infrequently-used tags, that's enough, I think.
My only problem with this app is that there are banner ads in the app itself, which are not shown in the screenshot on the AppStore page. For shame!

Do not waste your money! Even if you pay the ads do not disappear.. horrible app!
Marginally useful
Incomplete, does not show examples of what the tags do on an actual page, explanations rather short and not at all elaborate enough. Mostly useful for people already well versed in html.
