If you were to ask me for the number one thing you could do to effect change in your life, I would teach you the HU. I have sang HU for 20+ years and it is an integral part of my daily practice. Please, please, please return to the old version! Sitting in a hall listening to thousands of people singing HU as one is a transcendent experience; I use this app several times a day to reconnect to that. The woman singing is so distracting and bizarre, and completely detracts from the pure sound of the HU. Why did someone feel the need to upgrade this?! This pure, gorgeous sound has been a constant in my and my family’s life for the last 40 years.

Singing HU with the App or just listening to it while I drive or at work helps me to detach from all the chaos in the world and my world too! It opens my heart and uplifts my consciousness. I like that it is a word for everyone to use no matter your religious or non religious beliefs, age, or culture. It is a gift that has changed my awareness. Searching for it was difficult. It doesn’t show up just searching HU. I wonder why?

Simple and straightforward app that does a great job of what it says - no under or over promising of its features.I started listening to a podcast about Eckenkar and found the description of the group to be educating and humorous, but didn’t think that listening to a group of people singing the HU to be pleasant enough to download an app...And then the cohost Ross read an ad he wrote for the app at the Eck seminar and he actually convinced me to try it out.Ross’ ad was a little cheesy but wholly sweet and wow I actually do enjoy using the app! I went from thinking it was silly to enjoying myself.Thanks Ross and thank you developers! Your app is well designed and I hope to be hearing the HU for a long time to come <3
