慈濟醫療行動簽章，本院為推動數位化醫事人員憑證，推動法遵衛生福利部醫事憑證管理中心HCA核定，提供便捷服務，醫事人員憑證可於APP行動載具使用，並提供數位簽章功能(符合電子簽章法效力)及符合醫事憑證管理中心(HCA)醫事人員行動憑證管理服務窗口作業規定。
花蓮慈濟行動憑證，提供花蓮慈濟醫院同仁，行動化的的醫事人員憑證，搭配本院電子病歷系統APP，達到行動病歷簽章的應用體驗。
