This app is superb. Enhances mindfulness in daily life. Both calming and uplifting, enlightening and endarkening. Great resource for dealing with monkey or doggy mind.

Incomplete

To read the entire contents of the book you have to buy it. That's so against the Tao! The true knowledge of the soul is and should be free.

Just Add The English Name

The content is EXCELLENT but it be helpful to have the option of English. Why not, the audience is English speaking.
