Lacks customizable EQs for Huawei FreeClip

I would love to rate this app 4 or 5 stars, but in my experience so far there aren’t a lot of features, this is obviously based on my experience with only one earbuds, so I’m sure if I used other earbuds I would have a different experience, but the FreeClips cost $200, there’s no reason for them not to have custom EQs and other features, the earbuds themselves are great, but they’re held back by a lack of features

I really wanted to support HUAWEI. But this company just doesn’t care about its customers. I bought several Mate cellphones which used to be good, and more recently the Freebuds 3 over EarPods pro. I spend thousands on ear pieces and I could tell the freebuds have lots of issues. HUAWEI supported with firmware updates to fix bugs for a very limited time. And now it dropped the support completely. The noise canceling remains a joke and started making buzz noise, like electric whining. When it comes out it was the same price range with EarPod pro. Now EarPods pro is still one of the best while these freedbuds worth nothing. I’m going to stay away from HUAWEI as far as possible. Just for your reference

Need to fix a huge bug , i have wifi and earbuds pro , whenever i choose the earbuds in the app the bug choose the wifi instead of the earbuds to open the settings, I tried to reinstall the app but doesn’t work.Please update and fix the problem.

App keeps crashing?!!

Every time I log in the app logs out by itself. I use the app for two minutes and the app crashes again! I want to do a layout for my home on the app for the mesh 7 network signal coverage, the app doesn’t allow me to save the layout and logs out while I’m doing the layout.I mean the device is working fine up until now but at least we should get an application that actually works so we can manage the devices we got.This is a review for the application not the device.

"Hi! Is the problem phenomenon you feedback about logging out of the routing page and failing to detect and generate a heatmap? The current research and development analysis is that this problem will occur when the operator's network is not good. You can try to ignore the Huawei routing WIFI connected to the IOS mobile phone and reconnect the WIFI to temporarily fix it. The routing side of this problem has been optimized and is expected to be fixed by the end of July. , you need to be patient! In addition, if you report that the application is automatically logged out and the application is stuck, you can contact the local Huawei hotline to deal with it, so that you can learn about your specific problem scenario in time and give an answer or solution."
