HuaWise Fit 4+

Overall, I like the watch. It counts my steps, calories, heart rate. I can receive messages and phone calls. One thing I can’t see is my sleep monitoring, which I was excited for! I contacted customer support and all they (my person’s name was Monica) said, was to wait until night for it to track… I’ve tried 2 nights and it didn’t work! Following all the steps, wearing it comfortably on my wrist, while it’s on, and going to sleep! When I told her this, she said reset it. So I did, and now see the date is wrong on my watch in the sleep monitor section. I told her this, and she said, measure it at night when you sleep… What type of help and customer support is this?! If you are looking for good customer service, DON’T GET THIS WATCH.

This will sometimes sync data with my iPhone and sometimes not. I also have to reset some of the settings every time I charge the watch. I do like how long the battery lasts and the watch itself is great. It just doesn’t actually allow me to fully track my heath data in either the Apple Health app or the HuaWise app.

The English is a little broken, and to update the profile menu, you need to just close the app completely. However, it’s got all the features of an apple watch or fitbit, but with a bit of jankiness to it. I love my watch, I love this app, it’s definitely off-brand but in the best way. There are a few features I would like to see fixed in the future, but honestly I don’t care if they ever get fixed.
