Well, I removed the app from my phone, reinstalled, and changed ALL of my login information, and I was able to make a payment. So when I’m unable to pay next month, at least I know the steps I need to take to make this app useful.
Terrible user interface, turned the screen into a darkened/grey mode once the login page prompt appeared. The overall UI hasn't been updated to the current iOS standards, some screens look non-functional because of that.
App still needs work to function.
The app has improved somewhat since its last update. Unfortunately it's still not useable. :(
The scrolling problem when looking through the programs seems to have been fixed, which is nice.
However, when you are trying to set up a new user account so that you can enroll in a class or program "The Hub" app gets stuck on the "State" option. You aren't able to go any further.
With this current problem it makes it impossible for someone who's new to "The Hub" to use it effectively!
It'd be great if this could get fixed quickly. I'm sure it would help the people working the front desks as well. Their jobs would be much easier and more efficient if the technology offered to customers for convenience actually worked.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
