Huck's Bucks Bigg Rewards 17+

Every time I go in who ever is working always say hello and if they see me looking around they ask if they need help and I think it’s very cool that they are kind to help cause of my learning disability and they don’t make it out to be a big deal one time I have to much money and the lady gave it back very honest employees

While I like the occasional free item or $1 off or something like that- what hooked me into getting the app was the FALSE sign at every pump and at the door when you come into the store. It states “STOP! Sign up to become a Huck’s Bucks Rewards Member and save $.10/gallon on gas everyday!” - Simply put, that’s just NOT TRUE. When you sign up you do get $.20 off/gallon (up to 20 gallons) & once you tap redeem, you have 9 minutes before it expires so let’s hope there’s no line! The only way to get $.10 or $.20 off gas is through buying things inside the store. So what’s up with the blatant lie? At least Kroger & JayC give you a minimum of $.03 off/gallon every time you go until your points build up & if you buy enough groceries, you may end up w/$1 off/gallon. But I’m maaaaany points away from more gas savings.
AND MY OTHER FREE COUPON FOR SIGNING UP WAS FOR $4 FOR 2 KING SIZED CANDY BARS. THATS THE NORMAL PRICE AT THIS TIME. Big let down. But the guy working the counter was super sweet & made my shopping experience good….he earned the stars I put on this review himself. I would’ve put more JUST FOR HIS SERVICE but I didn’t want anyone to scroll through & think I’m giving this fake “rewards” program high praise. This is based on Huck’s in Jeffersonville IN.

The latest update absolutely killed the app. I used to love the Huck’s Bucks app especially since I have a store less than a mile from my house. I used it every day. With the latest update I got kicked out and can’t log back in. Tried resetting my password and I keep getting an error saying the new password won’t work because it has to be at least 10 characters long. I’ve tried multiple times with different passwords over that and even exactly 10 but it still keeps giving me the same error. If I start a new account now I’ll lose thousands of points I had banked. No thanks. Thanks developers for screwing up something that wasn’t broken.
