No way to use gift card
I love HuHot but it will not allow a gift card unless you have enough to cover the whole order, I have a $10 gift card uploaded on the app that’s useless because the app will never allow it as a form of payment with a separate card
Great place... don’t waste your time with the app
HuHot is typically great and we go there at least monthly. The app, however, is nearly useless because half the time the servers don’t credit your account and there’s no way you can confirm if they did. You have to look at your account a few days later and - surprise! - you have the same number of points you did before. Talking to them about it is just as useless as the app.
So enjoy the food but go download something else.
Love HuHot not a fan of the app-
I love HuHot, but as of late, when I get delivery they never check my order completely- like today- I had a free dessert and I ordered it- it didn’t come! I can’t blame it on DoorDash, bc they source it out VS me using DoorDash myself - also my food, I ALwAyS get the same thing- the last 11 years, the SAME thing - tonight- super freaking spicy and I don’t get spicy!!! I can’t complain to DoorDash to get a refund bc I didn’t order through there, I can’t complain on the app it sends me here, I called the store they asked if the DoorDash guy was coming backs!?! Ughhh
