Human Garage began as a clinic in Venice, California, working with professional athletes, celebrities, and award-winning performing artists. Conducting over 200,000 appointments, we quickly became one of the world's largest multidisciplinary clinics with practitioners from all forms of medicine. After a decade of helping people, we realized the key to success was not to empower people with self-healing techniques to take back control of their health again.
With our new mission to discover a way to help people heal themselves, we pioneered a movement process called the Fascial Maneuvers that release and unwind stress and tension in the body. These Maneuvers were so powerful that we’ve seen people all over the world heal themselves.
Since sharing them with the world, we have built a global community with people in over 80 countries and have put together this app to bring everyone together.
Inside our app, you will be able to connect with like-minded people, attend local community meetups and classes, and go through our 28-Day Life Reset, LifeStyle Artis, and Fascial Maneuver Coaching Programs.

I started working with Human Garage programs a year ago and I haven’t looked back since!! After years of meditation and yoga, after just a few weeks I knew fascial maneuvers were going to become an influential part of my life. Its so amazing that all of these programs are free of charge, they just want to give you the tools to learn how to heal yourself. And now there is this amazing app to have it all in one convenient place on my phone. If you are looking to move out of pain and stress and you’ve tried everything else, give these programs a try!!!
True internal healing
I have done many things over the last 30 years and have not witnessed this kind of community teaching self empowered healing and growth the way this community does it.
