HUMANOO helps you lead a healthy life. With over 1,000 motivating fitness and flexibility exercises, personalised programmes for beginners and pros, inspiring recipes for every diet and helpful tips for your health, the app accompanies you step by step on the way to a healthier, happier life.


- Fitness: From releasing tension to losing weight, our strength, flexibility, weight loss and endurance programmes help you to build muscle, tone your body and increase your flexibility. Video tutorials and step-by-step instructions guide you through the various exercises in your personalised training sessions.

- Mindfulness: Autogenic training, sleep programmes and meditation help you to switch off and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Motivation and concentration programmes allow you master your tasks with more focus and drive. Simple yoga exercises also help you to relax and limber up.

- Nutrition: Inspiring recipes - both easy and elaborate - and helpful tips help you to make healthy changes in your diet long-term. Set your dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, paleo etc.) to get personalised recipe suggestions. In the HUMANOO food diary, you can also track your fruit and veg intake amongst other things.

- Activity: Track* your daily activities by connecting a supported fitness wearable or app to HUMANOO. Reach your personal activity goal, beat your own record and compete against other HUMANOO users.

- Progress: In the progress section you’ll find your current and completed sessions and an overview of your successes.

- HUMANOO Score: Earn points towards your HUMANOO score for every healthy activity you share in the app. HUMANOO rewards you with points for your HUMANOO Score and HUMANOO Wallet for reaching your daily goals, finishing an exercise or programme, having a balanced diet or taking a course.

- Expert advice: Get advice from the HUMANOO tech team or from HUMANOO mindfulness, nutrition and fitness experts in the support section.

Complete data security: HUMANOO guarantees the confidentiality of your data. If you create an anonymous profile, HUMANOO does not store any personal data. Anonymous users can restore their profile by answering three security questions if they forget their username or password.

What’s New

Version 5.2.1

In this version, you will be able to access your profile and settings from every screen via the hamburger menu in the upper left corner of each screen. Additionally, you will now find your step activity tracker with an all new design in the progress screen. As usual, this version also includes overall improvements to the stability and performance of the app.
