They keep accumulating new restaurants with full of variety dishes to choose from! You can definitely enjoy a cheerful dining time with their prompt delivery & completely free service!
Do not use this app. 50% of the time they are late or don’t show up.

The second time I ordered they did not deliver. The app allowed people to order but for some reason they had cancelled all orders for that day. The only way I figured this out was by calling customer service 20 minutes after my food was supposed to show up. No one told me and I had ordered lunch at 930 am!
Today, my food is 20 min late, called the driver and he said probably 10-15 more minutes. It is 1:10. I am now going into a meeting with no food and pretty annoyed.
I called customer service and they offered me a free meal but I am over it. I’ll just pay extra for the food truck.

We are so sorry to bring you such a bad experience. Hungry is always striving to provide the best delivery service to everyone. However, sometimes we do disappoint our customers by the delay due to various reasons, e.g. delay of the restaurants, traffic issues and unprofessional deliverers. No matter what, we won't ignore your comments and are trying our best to resolve the issues. We now work more closely with our restaurant partners to guarantee the food preparation time, expend the training session and refine our logistic model. We hope you can see our change in the near future.
