Hurricane Express Wash 4+

Really cool app! No other car wash in my area has anything like this. I got a new car and was able to update it right here in the app without having to call and wait on hold to speak to someone. I wash my car a couple times a month and this has been great.

While I loved the car wash I went to before it was bought out by Hurricane this is a little shady…1. Setting up an account is difficult…2. If you sign up for the annual membership to get the discount be aware they will take the full yearly membership in 1 lump sum… 3. While I was sitting across the street some 100 yards away on the phone with a Customer Service rep…the app instantly ran a guest thru the car wash so even if I wanted a wash that day I could not have done it , so be aware if you just drive by the car wash, might wanna be sure the “Allow” Tracking” isn’t set to always, & of course Customer Service had to escalate the issue…whatever that means….4. The terms & Conditions say you can cancel within the App but once you click on it you are directed to call a number that is Custom Service & they have no clue & have to escalate the problem to whoever…it should be just as easy to get my money back as it was for you to take it…

The unlimited membership is nice since I like to wash my car once a week. Very cool to manage the membership in the app instead of needing to call or get out of my car to walk in for help. Keep it up.
