User Friendly w/Great Gigs

I live in NYC and depend on flexible, good paying work I can schedule around my needs. Setting up my HYR profile was incredibly easy and I was able to see shifts right away.
The HYR staff keeps you in the loop once you’ve accepted and been approved for a shift, making sure you have all the info you need for a successful gig. You get payment is within 3 business days.
I appreciate how friendly they are, that goes such a long way, seriously.
They are new but always improving and seem incredibly receptive to feedback.
I do work with another similar app that’s been around much longer and I already prefer HYR, truly. I know that they’ll keep growing and have more and more gigs moving forward.

Experience working with Hyr in NyNy

Don’t believe the review by the other person that worked for Hyr here in New York. I’m certain that review came from someone that works in Hyrs coopret office.

This has to be the worst uber temp work experience I’ve ever had. It’s like a bunch of college kids came together with an idea that they actually learned from real professional uber temp apps. Nit only do you have to constantly worry if you’ll get your pay from work you’ve completed. They have nearly no clients and the ones they do have are racist as all ever. And should there be a problem with your pay, no one assumes responsibility in the matter. Then if your lucky to get to speak to a live person, they pass the buck to Stripe. The group that distributes pay as told by Hyr. But when you speak to Stripe by email that is cause though they say they communicate with clients by both email or phone. There’s no number listed. And if they do respond by email, they suggest you contact the client in which you performed your work. Where once reaching them the client will tell you you have to contact Hyr. I’m so serious, these people are not worth taking the chance unless you are a drug addict willing to take chances or an immigrant in the country illegally. Also disregard the one star rating. It won’t let me post this message unless I give at least one star. But the truth is they deserve no stars.

NYC BA Work!

HYR is a great app I use to find extra work in NYC. You can scroll through and apply easily. Perfect for people like me that need the extra income. The biggest PLUS is they pay super quickly, like 72 hours after the shift. Unheard of, didn’t believe it at first. I highly recommend this app, use it all the time! And the gigs are fun and straight forward. Found both 1 day and long term shifts. Have HYR in your pocket and find extra $$$. -grant
