最重要的功能是开通了开发区政府与企业、居民之间全方位、全渠道的互动模式。包括语音智能问答、在线智能问答、25201111人工坐席互动、给政府信箱写信等。同时“首页”还聚集了企业、居民关注度较高的一些热点服务、资讯、娱乐等方面的内容，可以利用手机随时随地查询各类办理事项、生活缴费、实时路况、图书借阅、招生报名、预约办事、参与各类活动报名等。
