Was the best bank so far but nowadays transfer fees, credit card membership payments are very expensive for example for to make a money transfer through EFT it costs around 6.5 TL which makes around 10 USD even it doesn't matter if you transfer 1 USD or 1 Turkish lira .maybe it is because of the Turkish economy started to collapse and probably is going to face a total economic crash. Unfortunately, even streets are not safe anymore.
i always love the online banking service of IS bank. User friendly and the English interface is super reliable ! 5 stars for you !
Great App but dysfunctional
I was going along fine with all features working and now I have to go to the bank to pay a bill. It very frustrating as even the tellers don’t know why my app won’t send money to some accounts or not pay bills to others (even though I’ve sent to those accounts previously). It may be an App update issue but whatever it is, this App has become way less convenient.
