The app takes each user on a journey of self-exploration discovering more about themselves to help them understand what they need to do, to create a better balance and regain a sense of control in today’s fast paced world.
It's all about prevention.

10% of children and young people have been clinically diagnosed with a mental health problem. Half of these are established by age 14, and 70% don't get appropriate intervention at an early age. i am me is all about prevention: equipping young people with the tools and know-how to better cope with the challenges that they face.
Covering a range of themes relevant to those between the age of 11 and 24, this FREE app includes a range of self-help tools:

Created for young people, by young people
All of the content on the i am me app has been steered by young people. A central aspect of the app is the young advisory group who all play a crucial role in developing the content on the app to ensure it better supports young people now, and in the future.

The content is also developed alongside a group of industry experts that specialise in supporting young people during challenging times, as well as teen Samaritans, GPs, mental health advisors, nutritionists, psychologists, counsellors, early careers and learning and development professionals.
