i-Link 4+

So after researching tons of outdoor ceiling fans, I opted for 2 of these because the description says they will pair together. The only things that pair together with the remote is on/off and ceiling fan functions. There is nothing else but a timer on the remotes.
On the app on my iphone, nothing will pair together. Not the lights and not the speakers. I have the fans about 15-18 feet apart and can only play music and change lighting with my phone doing 1 at a time and definitely nothing pairs together. So the lights are not in sync at all, Ok I can live with that,
But I need both speakers to play together and not alone and they won’t. Main reason I bought these things and they cost a fortune! Not a happy camper at all!!😡😡 and now how do I ask someone there that speaks English, if there is something else to do to make them all pair together on my iPhone?

I use this in my classroom for my preschoolers and loved it. Everything worked great until the latest update and now the lamp doesn’t link to the app correctly. The music works. The lamp lights up and changes colors, but I have to manually change the colors. I like the setting where the color changes to the beat of the music, but none of the “profiles” work anymore.

2 years later and still haven’t fixed the loud alarm that goes off beeping randomly when phone is connected through Bluetooth. I’m unsure if this is the culprit but the beeping is super loud and luckily I’ve been home when it does it but when I’m not home it’s happened before and will continue beeping until your turn the light off! Don’t know what the issue is. The musica and sound button on/off doesn’t stay off! It resets itself and is back on as soon as you exit and come back in the iLink app. This is a huge issue and needs fixed. ASAP! Huge flaw in the way this app works. Between that and another huge issue of it constantly connecting my phone sound back to the iLink without my permission and being scared out of my mind when my notications blurt out through the speaker of my light!!!! Two issues. Needs fixed! ASAP!! Thankyou.
