I LOVE PASTA 4+

I very much enjoy this game and playing it with friends. The graphics are cute and well done, the sound effects are pretty satisfying, and there are many ways to go about decorating/theming your restaurant.
However, my experience with contacting customer support with issues was terrible; they were horrendously slow/inefficient and frequently unhelpful. There is little to no communication between the game developers and the players.
There are also many translations that don’t make much sense, and the game itself can be very time-consuming due to repetitive gameplay and waiting(but that’s more like a heads-up.)
There are numerous improvements that I hope will be done with the game. All in all, it’s pretty alright!

I’ve played this games for years till I took a break from games and social media until today where I’ve come to find out that there is a MAJOR issue with trying to log into your account. The download process is smooth until you attempt to log back into your account (recover it.) Even though you go through the Facebook confirmation and security processes and accept to reconnect Facebook to the game it stops mid loading screen and pops up with “Failed to log into your Facebook account. Please try again~” but no matter how many times I delete and re-download or restart the game I end up in the same deadlock. So with nothing else to do I went searching for a solution only to find that MANY more faithful players are experiencing the same issue. Many have claimed to not have received any response from PATI even though several emails and requests have been sent. I’ve also noticed that PATI hasn’t updated the game in such a long time, 2 YEARS (and their Facebook) everything seems to have dropped off since then. ALSO if you try to click the customer service links in the comments from their previous post the URLS no longer exist or are linked to fraudulent websites. I don’t know what happened to PATI But it’s really unfair and unprofessional to leave so many faithful and dedicated users without answer or notice ESPECIALLY those who spent money on the game.

I've been playing the game for a few months and I have been completely addicted (I even got my bf into it). One thing that i hate about this game is the friend feature/limit, you can only add around 200 friends but after that you can only add friends through Facebook. I read on a tip page that you can just post your game and Facebook details to add other players and increase your friend count. I'm not comfortable with posting my information like that, but it's just as uncomfortable as telling your Facebook friends about an app just to reach an achievement. I have no idea if there are any players who agree, but I find the limit for non-facebook players annoying.
