Make it Apple TV compatible
I love ibaka TV, however you aren't able to airplay movies via Apple TV. I tried to airplay it on my TV screen and the movie just shows a dark screen with audio, no pictures. Unlike iroko tv where you are able to airplay. I think you need to make airplay possible for the ultimate viewing experience. It gets annoying watching on laptop or iPhone when you have visitors... Too tacky.
They are scammers
I subscribed to this but could never watched just a single movie. I cant’t even access the account , I have reached out to the customer services on countless occasions. They will respond to my initial message but I after airing out my frustrations, I will never hear from them again. I have tried to change my password just to access the account but to no avail .I am able to unsubscribe after many attempts . I called my bank to informed them about it and I was given a new debit card to avoid further deduction from my account . Yet ,These scammers are still able to take money from my account . Never subscribe to this because:
1. You won’t be able to watch any movie
2. You will not have the ability to subscribe
3. I suspect they collect personal data with their app and still defraud people once you give them your bank details.
Horrible horrible horrible run away fast!!! Zero stars if I could!
They will take money out of your account religiously but it’s been months I can’t even watch a movie for something I have paid for. They’re crap! IROKOtv is wayyyyyy better save yourself the anguish! Oh and don’t contact customer care cos that’s a JOKE!!! all they really care about is making money not the customers! I should have known better leaving IROKOtv for them! Am going back to IROKOtv. Also they make it soooooo hard to even cancel the payment for automatic withdrawals so I had to take the time to cancel my card associated with them and get a whole brand new card! Such nonsense! I regret ever giving them a try.
