I really like the user interface, it’s clean and easy to use. I did have a question for support and they were super helpful and quick to respond. Great stats in the past performance section.

Limited Accounts and Difficult Withdrawals
AeroAce06
I really wanted to like this app. However, their deposit match is limited to $5 per day, they limit 6 leg plays to $10, and withdrawing is an absolute nightmare. If you try to contact support, expect something along the lines of “we will check and get back to you”, just to never follow up.Additionally, my account was fully suspended from betting after I made $500 profit. Every time I tried to place an entry, it was immediately refunded. Their support in-app support was of no help, and they directed me to their email. Their email support continued to say “we will get back to you”, just to never provide a valid explanation. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app…

We’d like to clarify that this is not accurate regarding the promotional limits, and it may have been a misunderstanding or user error. Promo rules and applicable limits are displayed in-app and can vary based on the specific promotion being used. Accounts are also not restricted simply for winning. Our support team reviewed and responded to the account inquiries multiple times, and we remain committed to fair play, transparency, and improving the overall user experience. We also want to note that our support team did respond to your inquiries and reviewed the account multiple times. Withdrawal requests are processed once verification, and account reviews are completed. We remain committed to transparency, fair play, and continuing to improve both the platform and support experience.

To start, the entry promos are not too bad and actually offer decent value. A major problem is the payouts. Most apps offer 3x for most two leg entries while iBet only offers 2x. Also, 3 leg entries are a 6x unless you do bets from the same sport which then drops to a 4.75x. Another major issue is the “daily promo fund limit” in which you can only use a certain amount of your promo funds a day, but support is not allowed to tell you what your limit is leaving you to have to guess each day how much you can spend before it starts using your cash. UI and player props aren’t the worst but it’s nothing you can’t find on most other dfs apps. Best bet is to stay away.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. Our standard 2-leg Power Play payout is 3x. Our standard 3-leg Power Play payout is 6x, which is higher than many comparable DFS platforms. Payouts may vary when entries include same-game or same-sport selections due to correlation risk, which is an industry-standard practice and applies to SGP-style entries rather than league-based entries. Promotional daily limits are in place to promote fair play and prevent abuse, and these limits are clearly displayed in the app at the time an entry is placed. Promo and cash balances are always kept separate and clearly labeled. We understand that users have different preferences when choosing a platform, but we remain committed to transparency, competitive payouts, and continuous improvements to both our user experience and player offerings. Our support team is always available to walk through payout structures or promotional rules in more detail.
Messages in the app: new games, offers and news now appear as a card when you open iBET, with a button that takes you straight there.
Notifications that go somewhere: tap one and you land on the right screen — your results, your live picks, the Showdown lobby, your money or your contests.
Salary Cap Showdown: a cleaner lobby, correct lock times, and a Contests tab you can open straight from a card.
Withdrawals: a clearer "withdrawal sent" screen that shows your bank properly, tells you honestly when a withdrawal is waiting for review, and lets you copy the reference with a tap.
Also in this update:
• Live picks no longer flicker as scores come in
• Saved-card deposits retry the security check instead of failing
• Countdowns speak your sport: first pitch, tip-off, puck drop
• Notifications keep working after a reinstall or on a new phone
