I was having technical issues with the app (linking my phone number) and needed to reach out for assistance. I was a little disappointed I couldn’t just call and get it handled, but the care team got back with me in a couple days, and resolved my problem. Then I had another issue (an error when I tried to deduct my funds), and they helped resolve that one as well. Once the initial conversation started, things moved quicker and they got my issues resolved! Thanks care team!

The app is amazingly great except for the fact that there is always issues with Walmart. Anytime you save a deal in Walmart as soon as you go out of the app it doesn’t show it being saved anymore, which makes it very difficult when you’re trying to add new offers because there’s no way to know what is saved and what isn’t. It’s been this way for an incredibly long time and is a hassle that really needs to be fixed

I have been trying to use the app for a week and unable to get through. Error message 505 shows. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. I’ve tried again after receiving an email from Ibotta showing I have money in my account. Unfortunately I can’t redeem any because I can’t get into the account. I’ve given 3 stars because before it was easy to use and now I can’t use at all. I’m hoping the get this fixed as soon as possible. Since this Christmas season and I want to shop.

I botta used to give you easy things to buy, that we use every day, common, practical. Now they give you things that nobody wants to buy or eat. In today’s economy on today’s budget with today’s gas prices. I’m having difficulty making any money with the app. It just doesn’t seem practical for my budget. Maybe if you’re in Millionaire and you want to save your nickels and you can afford to buy that stuff that nobody eats or wants? I need practicality I bought a used to be practical.

I keep running into the same problem: every time I scan a receipt, the app says “the receipt is not good.” At first, I thought maybe it was my phone, but I even had someone else try on their device — same issue. The app keeps making me retake the picture over and over, and still says the receipt isn’t good. It’s really frustrating because I can’t actually use the app for what it’s meant to do. This needs to be fixed.

I liked this app for a while. This app actually does what it says. They had a lot of offers it was really great to have this and to make easy money. But I will say there was times there I had problems with my cash back. Unfortunately they deactivated/ suspended my account. So I will no longer be using this app anymore. I will say that this app actually helped me a lot. Don’t make mistakes like I did. They won’t give you a second chance.
