I love this app

First and foremost, this keto diet app does have a pay option. You can upgrade to get access to more things, like premium recipes. I’m poor and cheap 😂 so I use the free option in this app and I really like it a lot. The options that I have are good enough for me. I love that I can set my specific diet plan such as “Keto”, “low fat”, “build muscle”, and this app will help guide me into that path. I had NO IDEA I was eating so many carbs! My mind is blown but I’m excited to continue on my weight loss journey. Oh, and one more AMAZING aspect of the free option, you can simply scan the barcode of a package of food, instead of typing in the brand name and style and amount. It’s super handy. Please, please, please keep the free portion free. It’s a God send for people like me who are practically breaking the bank purchasing healthy foods.

Highly recommend

The people having issues must be a certain kind of special. I've been using this keto diet app daily as I have a very strict prescribed diet. When using the pre-entered foods, I will occasionally find something that has incorrect info, but it's submitted by other users. Submitting a correction is easy & quickly resolved. Only one day it did not load properly in the four months. I have used other apps (MyFitnessPal) and while their data is a bit cleaner, it has nowhere near the flexibility. It's great.

Great app so far.

Just starting Keto. The app is extreamly helpful. The developer's do an awesome job on here adding the new foods i submit up. Some food people have listed were a little off with some nutrients like the eggs. Most eggs have about 0.6 of carbs but all the eggs listed show zero carbs in the nutrient section. That 0.6 can add up quick, so ill prob submit my own egg food in there with the appropriate label. Thanks for the app. Honestly you guys should have a a paid version as well so you can continue to support the app in the future.
