The delivery of goods is in non-tangible digital form viz. the receipt by the buyer of a secret code as issued by the company or vendors producing and owning the card or the coupon in question

The code delivered enables the buyer to activate and redeem the value of the card and collect it using the appropriate channels and procedures facilitated by the company producing the card

All terms and conditions set by the coupon or cards vendors and manufacturers apply and regulate the relationship between them and the consumer

iCard does not deliver any physical product or commodity
