The Mac App saves the results of the code scan, which was more than I expected when I ordered the scanner. Unfortunately, The app recognized the availability of software upgrades, but displayed a network error when I tried to download the upgrade.

Unfortunately, I am unable to install the Mac app I'm having trouble getting customer service to respond to my questions. So I really don't know how the app works since I can't even get it to install right this minute. But I'm not giving up because I do like the iCarsoft LR V3.0 tool!

Complicate and full of bugs. After download, there is no action to talke, and device continues to be updated. Simply does not work. iCarsoft itself is also a weak tool, buying a better car scanner.
