Very useful

Video chat is a excellent idea and very useful tool. I was able to get a casher check using VideoChat.

Ridiculous

I can see using a seperate app for video chats…maybe. BUT, to have to go through an entirely different sign-in instead of using the main website’s credentials is ridiculous. More ridiculous that, in having to input new sign-in credentials, it only allows an 8-character password. If you are not going to require/allow a secure password, there is no need for a password at all. The ridiculousness continues in that it requires one capital letter, one lower case letter, one number, and one special character. I have been trying four times now to enter a password and it will not accept any of them, despite their meeting the requirements. It does not tell me why it is not accepted. Is there only certain special characters it allows—without telling us what they are? Is there some other parameter that it is nit picky about that it doesn’t tell us about? Then there is the same stupidity that applies to both their website and all of their apps in which you are not allowed access if you are using a VPN. Why, in today’s world of hacking, would anyone want to carry out financial transactions without a VPN? You are just begging for your info to be stolen. ICCU needs to bring their electronic communications out of the ice age and into the real world.

Nobody Answering

I sat here in “queue” for 30 minutes and the number never changed from 2nd in line. This app seems to either not function well at all or it’s just a sham. Thats way too long for my position in line to have not changed at all.
