Good App

This app can be a lifesaver but a few enhancements would be beneficial. First, listing medications as single line entries would make it easier to read.
Denoting the emergency contact’s relationship to the individual or listing a preferred order of contact would be good.
Being able to change the order of the medications or being able to sort it would be helpful. I recently had to change my Type II diabetes medication bc of the shortage of in-stock medication and would have liked it to be listed first in the list rather than ending up at the bottom of the large paragraph of medications I am on.
A reminder once or twice a year would be helpful. I hadn’t realized I hadn’t updated my information recently.

Some Concerns

It’s a great app, but would like to see some enhancements. For medications, include dosage and when taken. Also be able to sort in alphabetic order or by when taken. Let us be able to chose. Also for allergies. Include an ICE contact with contact information. Include spell check for conditions and medications. Everyone needs to verify information every so often. That is, they forget to update information. Incorporate a reminder to appear say every six months to check it. Incorporate that this data is accurate as of a certain date. I often have to review all info to make sure accurate. If I see that I updated it after my last dr appt, I don’t need to review.

Have the capability to put images of driver license, insurance cards, etc. have the capability to alphabetize medications and conditions. For POC, include relationship. Incorporate info, especially for people who live alone, if there are pets at home. Incorporate website where additional medical records are, such as MyCharts. Incorporate list of physicians.

Great App

A very handy app to have, it came in handy recently when I found myself taking an ambulance ride to the hospital! I do have a couple of issues with it though. It is very hard to read when all the meds are listed in a bunch rather than as line items. Also, adding a new prescription Med with other prescription meds is impossible, at least as far as I can determine. I prefer to keep my prescription meds together and separate from my supplements. The only way I can tell to do this is to delete and start over which would be a complete waste of time and a pain! Otherwise I like having the ability to have all my important medical information in one easy to access place on my home screen.
