Just wish the rewards were a little cheaper to redeem. I used to go to Ichiran once a week before COVID started so I racked up points fairly quickly. But maybe if the rewards were a little cheaper and possibly more ways to earn rewards, maybe it would be better. But the app itself is great and usually always works without issues. There was only one time when they scanned my barcode and I didn’t get any points. I don’t know if it was an app issue or a scan issue. Other than that, works 99.9% of the time. Now maybe down the road you could add the option to pay from the app! Would be cool.

The layout of the app is very easy to use and get around, however the point system is flawed greatly. 1 point for 1 dollar sounds good, but it doesn't seem worth it for you to spend 250 points, or 250 dollars, on a free marcha pudding. In my opinion the rewards should cost less points or you should be able to earn more points in different ways.

Hands down the best ramen in Brooklyn - it’s not even a question. Between the authentic Japanese taste to the experience focused private booths, it’s a staple in my life and should be a stop on your tour of Brooklyn. As a loyal visitor, an app was in high demand, it’s great, however the rewards could be a bit easier to obtain. $120 for a free egg is a bit steeeeep :)
