OK so I’ve been playing this game for probably close to a year and I’ve always gotten daily bonus spins as long as I had cash on the game. I’ve always got cash back spin when I ran out of cash. Until this last two times that I’ve put money on it to play and I got only one daily bonus spin. The first day. After that every day no daily bonus spin. Plus when I put $$ on my game today it did not give me the added little bonus. Like 10 bucks extra for buying 60 dollars. 5 bucks for 40 spent. ect. So why the change or better yet why can’t I call and tell someone these things are happening and have them explain to me how come I don’t receive these perks anymore. Ok rant over.

I want my old acct back

I have been playing well over a year I’ve won big and I’ve lost big!!!! Saturday I was playing and all of a sudden I’m on free spins my last one and the game just started spinning well over an hour ;because I didn’t want to lose the money I had already won, I let it spin. needless to say my screen went black, I tried to log back on it went back to the game I was playing when I pressed the screen; it the screen goes black 🤬🤬🤬my host said there is nothing he can do!!! I’m a loyal faithful player daily spending BIG $$$ This is going on 3 days now and it still hasn’t reset 🤬🤬🤬My host did create me a new account but I lost the progression I have made on the Vegas play,, I was ready to get my $250 then on to the $500 and my free Vegas trip, my thousands of hours of play time, the $ I had won on my free spins and the account I’ve had for over a year!!!! I would like tech support to see what’s wrong and reset my account I be called numbers on the internet and haven’t received any answers!!!! Who’s accountable for this mishap?

For those that don’t understand. This game is run by many individual hosts that maintain their own accounts under the larger System (think of it like McDonald’s franchises). Anything to do with your account falls to the host that signed you up. Not this app or the makers of the app.

As for daily spin, this does not start until you’ve bought your first 100 worth of game time. Then the daily spin occurs for three days in a row following you buying time.

The second chance spin occurs once your balance drops close to 0. This gives you money back as a percentage of your deposit amount. This can be combined deposits if you make multiple before triggering this spin.
