Ratings and Reviews
This God-awful app is bad at pretty much everything. Find a booking? Fail. Add a booking? Fail. Change seats? Fail. Upload a photo? “Sorry, it’s too big” Fail. Find a ticket number for a previous booking? Fail. It hardly does anything useful and what it does do is done and presented poorly. I wish I could give it a zero.
I was happy that it didn’t require you to zoom in and it shows your points. But whenever I tried adding a flight it didn’t work.
If British Airways could fix that issue I would really appreciate it.
Everything about the BA app for IPad is a disgrace. Information. Is missing and it’s impossible to look up bookings. It’s useless. Come on, BA, get it together. A 14-yr old could create a more user-friendly, useful app. The iphone Version is OK, not great, but OK. Why can’t that be replicated? Better idea is to look at JetBlue’s app. Final question: why is this in landscape only?
