Get your personal workout plan according to your physical and motivational goals within more than hundreds of fitness exercises. No matter if you are a professional athlete or just getting started, you can find a workout that meets your goals.

If you don't want to join a program, we have single workouts for you, according to their difficulty level and working muscles. Or you can simply choose body parts to work on and duration to join a workout class lasting from 7 to 45 minutes.

Sync your workouts to Apple Health app. For Apple Health, you can allow SHAPE to save workouts, energy burned, weight and heart rate.

SHAPE is free to download. You can unlock pro features with monthly, 12-month based subscriptions or with forever package. A Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. You will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Awesome! Highly recommended!!

I loved this app! I chose the HIIT workout first because I wanted to get a good workout in before my huge tournament this weekend. This workout helped me focus on certain areas of my body. I got to work on my core and also got to get loose and break a sweat before my tournament. I got my heart pumping and I got the blood flowing throughout my body. I like that each workout category had something specific that it was working on. I couldn’t find something that I didn’t like. Although, I think this app could make some of the workouts a little shorter because for some people I could see how they could get tired. I think this is a great app and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get their heart pumping, their blood flowing and who just wants to get a good, intense workout in.

Cannot upgrade, delete, or edit

I will admit that this app (if fully functional) has the potential to beat many of its competitors. However, I had a hard time figuring out whether or not it allows users to edit spelling mistakes made on custom workouts, if you record too many repetitions, or if you add a set too many. If these are all functions that are available with the $3.99 upgrade, fine - a little petty to me, but fine. The problem however is that it won't allow me to upgrade unless I'm connected to the internet, despite me being connected to the LTE network. It also caps you at a certain number of logged workouts without the upgrade. So if your gym, like mines, doesn't offer free wifi, then you have to stop your workout/recording flow, open your "Notes" app and write out the entire exercise. I know this may seem like no big deal, but when you have 45 minutes during lunch to get an actual workout in, it feels almost equivalent to watching the jackass who uses his towel as a territory marker, hog up the station you need to complete your program. My advice would be to fix these small hangups and the app would be A1.

Really Helpful

Well... I have been looking for a workout app that can help me to lose some fat and gain some muscle. My doctor recommended me to have max 17% body fat. So I downloaded this app with a recommendation of a friend.
What I loved most is the app is really well organized and you can find what you look for easily. I selected a 6 weeks fat burning plan for beginners and so far I am progressing.
Another thing is that the app has very large exercise library which helps me to find exercises for gym as well. Sometimes I feel lost in the gym but the app saves me.
I can recommend to add a search function for workouts because sometimes I spend extra time to find what I look for but at the end I find it. Not very big deal.
Also it would be good if you guys add a calorie counter. I know the app already does much more than what we pay but why not a calorie counter functionality...
I believe that I will fit my target weight and bodyfar after 6 weeks of the plan I am registered. I have also limited my sugar intake and not eating fatty foods. You know its not only working out but also taking care what you eat. Anyway, just a great app and I really find it very useful. I will share more experiences in the following weeks.
