NOT “very low fat” as advertised.
My husband needs very low fat foods (under 3 grams per serving) to keep him and his gall bladder out of the ER until his surgery date. We need some fresh ideas, and this app advertises “very low fat” recipes; however, when I downloaded the app and eagerly looked through the breakfast recipes, I couldn’t find any that were low fat enough. I’ll keep digging through the app trying to find something that will work for us, but if you need ACTUAL low fat recipes for medical reasons, this may not be the app for you.
