Description
Physics Phun brings the phenomena of the real world to your pocket with motion, electricity, gas, and other physics simulations. Physics simulations help students better understand classroom content and feel more familiar with concepts that can be hard to grasp.
Physics Phun was inspired by the work of the University of Colorado Boulder's Carl Weiman and his team on the innovative PhET simulator. Physics Phun will follow in their footsteps of teaching physics in a relatable way by expanding its number of simulations and open sourcing the application code on GitHub.

Cool
I’m in AP Phys I and don’t know what I’m doing. I have used PHETs before. Pretty cool! Hope for more! And these things don’t even take up much space which is even better!! If I was to give a suggestion that sounds lame, I would want to work on the contraption of P=IV. You know, the wire, power, current, Amps, Watts? The one with resistance? Idk, but as the words aren’t really in the way, just have several more words to indicate a bit more of calculations or a button to another screen for that? And also add bulbs and stuff? Or do you think I should try to find time for PHET’s instead? Actually forget the idea, it’s probably not practical. It was just a suggestion anyway! AP PHYS is very difficult for me. I’m a visual learner?
Developer Response ,
Thanks for the feedback! I’m certainly planning on having more details organized in a more intuitive, thought-provoking way.
I’ll definitely consider your simulator idea once I get a chance to add more to the app!
Great
Great tool for visualizing physics concepts and playing around with them. Very educational and enjoyable experience at the same time.
A Great Resource
Not only is this app very interactive and simple to use, but it's a great tool for high school physics students to help them visualize concepts that they are learning. These include projectile motion and ideal gases. Overall, a great interface. Looking forward to more concepts to be added soon.
