Need to remove and install every day

I like the app , the features is offering , the resources and navigation is very friendly
But every day it has connectivity , and it stays hanging when opening , I need to remove and install de app to make it work again almost every two day !

Disappointed

I was really excited about checking this app out when it was recommended by my hospital during my maternity hospital tour. I was able to somewhat skim through the app the first day that I downloaded it and saw a couple things on that app that I found useful. Come day two of having the app and I was going to check something off the checklist (I had just left my clinic for a check up) and the app just stayed on the start up screen. I thought maybe it was because I didn’t have good signal therefor the app couldn’t load. I get home and connect to my wifi but still no luck. Two days have passed and I am STILL not able to get past the orange start up screen even after completely closing the app and restarting it.

App is unreliable & Customer service is terrible

I’ve had this app for 7 months now and have had issues with it since the beginning. The app deletes saved feedings, you can not enter a diaper entry while the breastfeeding timer is on or else the app freezes. Every time the app updates, it logs you out & creates issues with logging in. With this last update, I’ve been unable to access the app for 2 weeks now due to “servers can’t connect”. I’ve reached out to customer service email as directed and received a response 2 days later that the issue will be passed on to another team however have not heard back yet.
