Terminal Bersepadu Selatan – Bandar Tasik Selatan [TBS-BTS] is Malaysia’s premier 24 hours integrated transport terminal located in Bandar Tasik Selatan at the outskirts of the bustling Kuala Lumpur city centre.

1. App is now available for iOS 16 users.
2. Minimum iOS requirements for this version is 11.0 - for iOS below than 11.0, you may browse to our TBS eTicketing to purchase ticket and to view bookings.

3. Credit/Debit Card users can use iPay88 for payment. 

TIPS : Upon choosing the payment option, you will be directed to iPay88 page. Click on the FPX dropdown and choose 'Credit/Debit Card'. Then, you could proceed to fill in the credit/debit card details and pay.

4. Boost eWallet also available under iPay88.

5. You may view on how to delete your registered account with us. Click under your Profile and click on 'DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT'

Bad tiket purchasing system

You have a serious flaw in your ticketing purchasing system.
Currently, after purchasing a ticket, instead of a instant notification to the user notifying that their purchase is successful, there is a 1 hour delay.
This caused me, a first time in-app ticket purchaser, to unintentionally purchase tickets twice as I did not know about that ridiculous one hour delay.
When I called up the customer hotline, all they answered was a very stupid “there is a one hour delay for the confirmation email to be sent to tour email and we cannot do anything else about it.” I asked for a refund on the second purchase but no answer was given.
Please for God’s sake, update your app to have big bold capital red letters to warn buyers of this stupid system of yours!! If not just take down the stupid app.
