The MoCaFi Debit Card can be used at any of the 55,000 AllPoint Network ATMs to withdraw cash with no surcharge fee. Just look for the AllPoint logo or use the ATM locator in the MoCaFi app.
Use our Bill Pay feature to send check payments to your landlord and opt-in to report those payments to Equifax and TransUnion. In addition to monthly reporting, we can also submit a one-time report of up to 24 months of past rental payment history.

Ingo is operated by First Century Bank, N.A. and Ingo Money. Ingo accepts most types of government, payroll, personal or other checks for review and approval. All checks must have the writer’s name and address pre-printed on the check, be dated on or before the date of submission, be made out to you as your name appears in our system, have matching numbers in the two amount lines, be signed by the check writer, be endorsed by you, and the endorsement must match the name on the payee line on the front of the check. We do not generally accept credit card checks, traveler’s checks, “starter checks” or other checks which do not have the check writer’s name and address pre-printed on the check, U.S. Savings Bonds, or checks drawn on accounts located outside of the United States or payable in currency other than US Dollars. We may or may not accept checks you have written to yourself, in our sole discretion.

I want to like this
But I'm not even able to open my account. I get the message saying my account is approved or whatever then it gives me an option to send my debit card... Then it wants me to confirm my SSN which I did and after that it wants to send a text message which I never receive to proceed. Tried reaching out to support to see if they could change the number to try another number and got left on read lol! Guess I'll wait for Greenwood
First thing I noticed after receiving the card in the mail is that there were 2 different phone numbers for their customer service and one of them was an incorrect number from a misprint. Second was to call the listed phone number and follow prompts to activate card and create a PIN. Calling the number takes you directly to customer service, which NOBODY answers! You have an option to press 1 to leave a message and they’ll call you back. I pressed 1 after 30 minutes, then it automatically hangs up the call LoL! I went online to try to activate the card, but after entering all of my personal information, the application will freeze when it asks you to agree to the policy and terms and you cannot go any further. Can’t do anything at this point. This is a real sloppy system and I don’t know how you can trust this company to handle your money. I would look closely at those 5 star reviews. Kind of funny to have mostly 1 Star reviews with a couple of fraudulent 5 star reviews.
I opened a MoCaFi account after seeing an interview between shoppe black and the founder, Wole Coaxum. I transferred a little over $1000 into the account. When I tried to pay a small bill with my card, it was declined. When I called to check on it, they say the account was closed a week before the call for suspicious activity and that my money would be mailed to me in 10 business days. As far as I’m concerned, there has been no activity on the account and they didn’t notify me of the activity or that they closed the account. I’m still waiting on my money. I didn’t join out of necessity, I was trying to support black business.
