Meh

Few stories on Bipolar. Not very resourceful. Also need to wait too long between new issues. Would enjoy more stories of experiences and helpful resources to turn to.

Worth it

Regarding complaints about this being a quarterly magazine: it has been so for 15 years and I have been a subscriber for 14 of them. New issues (and newer subscribers) can access the magazine through the Zinio app.

Re: customer service - I email them directly and receive immediate responses.

This magazine has saved my life repeatedly. If only subscribing digitally, get over yourself and put in the effort to work with the staff. I have done so repeatedly. I get so tired about others who live with bipolar disorder complaining. I’ve been dealing with it for 40 years. I have learned over the years to write something out before sending it, set it aside and think about it before sending. Words, even if anonymous, are permanent.

Disappointing - don’t bother

Issues are only a few pages and come out only 4x a year. Subscribing doesn’t get you access to older issues. Even though I subscribed from iTunes, it didn’t recognize my subscription and I had to go through support. The support process was slow, confusing, and unnecessarily complicated. The app update signed me out, and it seems like I may have to go through all that again to read my second short issue.
