It’s great
I have multiple devices and this app has found them all while scanning the original ones failed thanks have saved me a lot of trouble of having to get up and turning on and off
Typical garbage app from an off-brand smart home company
Extremely buggy, and unreliable pairing process. I ordered 6 light bulbs, and the app won’t let you pair all 6 at the same time, only one at a time. And even then, the connection only succeeds like 50% of the time.
This problem is compounded by the fact that the bulbs are only in pairing mode for a limited time, so since it takes forever to pair one bulb at a time, the remaining unpaired bulbs always time out of pairing mode and you have to put them back in pairing mode by turning the switch on and off. The problem is: paired AND unpaired bulbs are on the same switch, so you literally have to UNINSTALL the paired bulbs, then put them all back in pairing mode, and repeat this extremely annoying process over and over again until they are all paired.
Horrible, frustrating experience.
Great Product
I love it. Being able to control it from your phone is a big plus. The color wheel with darkness and fade options make for a lot of different colors if you buy the right LED strip
Small improvements:
- being able to save a color preset and name it
Ex. Movie red (dark red)
- timer, timer, timer
Pulse with music being played while running the app???
Other than that, i highly recommend this product for anyone that wants to bring some life and color in any room
