Your agency must be on Portfoliopad for the app to work. Once you have installed the application, you must get your username, password and agency ID from your agency.

App doesn’t work, even after updates
I purchased the app for $8.99. I logged in and it said it was downloading all of my data then froze. I’ve deleted the app, downloaded it again and the same thing keeps happening. Money back please
Unable to log in
Have emailed tech support TWICE, and the same reply that I can log in from the website and once I upload content I should be able to access the app. WRONG. I have paid $8.99 for nothing.
