Awful
It’s a shame my school is wasting its money on a service that does not work with an app that hasn’t been updated in over a year, despite all the negative feedback. No matter how many times I try to log in, the app just sends me right back to the login page. Only way it seems like I can get this to work is if I create a new account, but I only have so many emails to use, and it’s incredibly frustrating having to offer up my emails, contact info, and card numbers time and time again.
App doesn’t work
Everyone saying it yall locked my charger 1 I been had my omni charger before yall had an app 2 forced me to download the app then when I do the app doesn’t work they keep saying you need to verify then when u click on it u don’t get an email at all very disappointed in Omni and I really like the products but I might have to just make a switch this is unacceptable
Never works
Worked only once during the entire year. Every time I try activating the charger it says something went wrong, and even when I reset the app, reset my phone, turn off my wifi and use my internet, plug the charger back in and wait before trying to activate it again, it NEVER WORKS!! Honestly should be discontinued- it’s only there as decoration at this point.
