Ishtar Application
Very Bad experience with Ishtari I placed an order last November 20, unfortunately received it today after 16 days (I was notified it will take between 4 to 6 days & later when following up they said it will take 6 to 10 days) received after 2 weeks a different item color & more than that the item was damaged. Their main & only concern was to rate their page & recommend the app to others to later get compensated with a free delivery service & you will receive the order wrong, damaged & very late.
Definitely I don’t recommend Ishtari, I made a big mistake by rating their page 5 stars based on the previous experience but recently it seems they are going backward with their business.

Don’t order from ishtari
I had the worst experience with ishtari, very unprofessional, all employees are liars, after waiting 3 whole weeks for my order and having more than 4 calls with them, they told me to go and grab my order from mkalles because their drivers cannot deliver it before I leave beirut for the holidays. So I went to mkalles, the surprise was there when they told sorry we don’t have your order it’s already with the driver in beirut. Thanks for the worst experience ever! thanks for your unprofessionalism! very bad service never gonna order from you again and will tell all my friends and relatives to never do!
