Description
BiciMAD es el sistema público de bicicleta eléctrica de la ciudad de Madrid, un servicio prestado al 100% con bicicletas eléctricas y gestionado por la Empresa Municipal de Transportes de Madrid.
Con una flota de más de 2.000 bicicletas repartidas en 165 estaciones, el objetivo de BiciMAD es proporcionar una alternativa de transporte sostenible y fomentar el uso de la bicicleta en la ciudad.
Esta aplicación permite registrarte en el sistema y realizar el pago mediante tarjeta de crédito o débito.
Podrás acceder al mapa de estaciones y consultar la disponibilidad de bicicletas y anclajes en tiempo real.
También podrás conservar el histórico de tus trayectos y reportar incidencias de manera fácil e intuitiva.
Incorpora la funcionalidad de notificación de cierre de viaje.

Terrible
Terrible app. I wish it had an English option. There should also be a day rate option in the app. The on location kiosks are also very poorly designed. We could not purchase a day pass, our credit cards kept getting declined, even though they work everywhere else.
Junk service
I tried three times to rent at kiosk, even when I selected English all the pin pad data was Spanish. Machine would not print receipt even if that was option and card declined. Hard to enter info on kiosk and this crap app was of no help as it was all in Spanish.
Don’t waste your time as I did.
Not ready for release
This app is abysmal. As a former UX designer, I’m honestly shocked that this app was released for public use. Error-prone, full of bugs, and missing essential features, this experience was painful at every step, from signup to payment to navigation. Please redesign using modern standards.
