The Globe At Home app is a convenient tool to help monitor and manage your Globe At Home Postpaid Broadband and/ or Globe At Home Prepaid Wifi account.
With this app, Globe At Home Prepaid Wifi customers can easily:
• Check prepaid balance
• Track data usage
• Top-up or Share-A-Promo to your Prepaid Wifi account
If you’re a Globe At Home Postpaid Broadband customer, you can also manage your account with this app, through the following features:
• Pay bill online
• Track data usage
• Purchase Volume Boost for your plan
Note: Using the Globe At Home app will consume your monthly Globe At Home data allowance and/ or your Prepaid wifi load. Mobile data charges may also apply.
Who can use the app?
Anyone with a Globe At Home Prepaid Wifi and/ or Globe At Home Postpaid Broadband account can use this app.
How do I begin using the app?
After downloading the app, proceed to install the app on your device and follow the displayed steps for verification. Afterwards, please nominate a PIN to secure your account.
I have multiple Globe At Home Broadband accounts. Can I enroll all of them in the app?
Sure! But you'll need to log out first and then go through the account verification process every time you want to switch accounts in the app.
Can I use multiple devices for one Globe At Home account?
Multiple devices can download the app to access a single account, but each will have to go through the security verification process.
I can’t log in/I’ve forgotten my PIN. What can I do to access the app?
Under the prompt to input your pin, you can click on the “Forgot your pin” option to restart the verification process and create a new pin for the application.
I’m not receiving my PIN for verification. How can I verify my account?
The mobile number and/ or email linked to your account may not be updated in our records. Please try a different verification method, or call (02) 7-730-1000 to update your account information.

Why remove the internet/data usage monitoring?
Older version of the app allows internet/data usage monitoring. However, after series of updates, they remove the data usage monitoring. Instead puts there “you are subscribed to an unlimited data plan”. One thing that is helpful to monitor usage, yet removed in the current versions. We are progressing backwards, eh? Before, there is a Device Add-on button. But after updates, its not working anymore. Instead directs to the website. What’s the purpose of the app if only to be directed to a website. Defeats the purpose. Overall, app is boring. Nothing much useful except to view you current bill.
Great! But No netflix!!!!
The globe xtreme is just what we need at home, but I wish there were unlimitted data options and I really wish I was informed that there was no NETFLIX! man, all your salesman said that there is netflix, unfortunately none. You cant install it! It took me a long time to get over not having netflix in this. After i bought it, I went to talk with another sales person from globe and there again, same answer. “Yes there’s netflix!” i would then insist that there’s none, and they would automatically say, “what TV are you using? Smart TV or LED?
coz in Smart TV you can install Netflix”
I’m like, “obviously!!!! That’s smart tv what do you expect? What I asked about is why can’t Globe Xtreme play NETFLIX?” Then the sales men continuous to play dumb. Oh well o well...my point in wanting to use Globe xtreme so bad is because of the 2 or 4gb daily allowance for videos played in globe xtreme, so if you play that video in netflix using a smart tv, you will be using the surf data because the smart tv is connected to globe xtreme wifi and is not applicable in playing videos to consume the home watch data allowance.
I could say those salesmen needs more training, or we could all say, it’s plainly false marketing.
Everything about Globe is simply BAD. Bad internet connection (and I am living in an AYALA property at that!), bad routequipment and tools, and most of all, BAD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. So, this app, with all its much taunted upgrade and bug fixes (fake news!), is NO DIFFERENT. IT IS SIMPLY BAD! It keeps crashing, it keeps telling me I am not connected to the internet (no news there!), it keeps saying “something went wrong” (something IS wrong, more of). It is SIMPLY BAD. And I doubt whether it will get better. I have been a GLOBE customer for years (can I then be classified as a masochist?) and I keep hoping GLOBE would improve. Alas, I am a masochist -_- TLDR: THIS APP IS BAD
