Best app ever!!! 😍✨⭐️

I have used other apps from big names but nothing compares to Fresha! Fresha has completely changed the way I do business! It is simple to use and its graphics are AMAZING! Fresha helps me save money as I can promote my business on the Marketplace without paying any extra fees for Marketing. My clients can book online through Fresha app and they can manage their own bookings without having to call me each time. Not only that saves me money, but it also saves me and my clients a LOT of time which means I can dedicate more time to do what I love the most and to spend more time with clients when they come to me. My clients simply LOVE IT so do I !!!❤️😍
I highly recommend it to all salon owners worldwide! You will never regret it! 👍

Basics not working, no support response

My provider uses this to manage bookings but the functionality has not improved but rather declined. The reminder texts used to include the link to my booking but it no longer does; she changed nothing on her side. In addition, on the client side, none of her services/prices show AT ALL in the “book now” section. I cannot book anything via the app with her, nor check cost of services. When I reached out to their support I got a response email asking for the details I included in the initial email. I responded with that info. I then got a second email two days later stating “since we haven’t heard from you…”
I sent a THIRD email with screen shot showing I responded. I have now heard nothing more.
My provider pays (and I indirectly pay) for this app that doesn’t work. Not her fault; they don’t provide support to her neither. (She suggested the support email in the first place since they’ve been so unresponsive to her)

“Getting Nails Did”

Today is a monumental day for my career as an escort and fans only model. I was able to find my nail artist and book an appointment within 5 minutes of reviewing the fresch app. It’s been a dazzle to handle my scandal and my milk shake keeps em coming back to the yard so I could teach em but I have to charge…. To his card that is.
Just keep it Fresch App, and avoid all the confusion, it’s all about indulgence, glam, and beauty in a convenient fashion.
