One of the best decisions I’ve made was signing up for Daily BJ
I wanted to wait until I had done a full year subscription to the Daily BJ before I wrote up a review. If you are looking to take the guesswork out of your workout, but also make sure you are targeting all the key muscle groups, this program is a tremendous investment. If you find that you’re going to the gym and doing the same lift, run, abs routine and are bored and not seeing results this is the perfect way to spice up your workouts.
BJ does an incredible job of compiling challenging exercises that are scaled to various ability levels, all while making sure to alter the work and rest periods to trick your body and keep you wanting more. The videos explain everything and BJ is always good for a laugh. The descriptions lay out all the details. I would highly suggest downloading an app like Seconds so you can spend a few minutes loading the workout in prior to the workout to make sure you stay on the time intervals.
I used to be in decent shape, but incorporating 3 days a week of the Daily BJ, along with a proper diet, and lifting/cardio on the off days has elevated me to another level. As they always say “Look good, Feel good, Play good.” Well let BJ take care of the first part and everything else will fall into place.
Career & Goal extender
This is great! Being in the military and not always having access to internet connection or gym equipment downloading videos or printing out the PDFs are great. When I have the internet I got BJ pushing me through a workout whenever I want throughout the week at home and giving me tips on his podcast on my commute to work. With his personality and down to earth approach of what most folks have at home for equipment it makes it almost impossible not to workout and start pushing for those goals. Again the personality and flair with tips makes it a lifestyle choice you want to be part of versus the robotic & mundane Monday chest day of the past. Great content on mobility, stretching, and modifications that just crush the body and makes the soul beg for more. Seriously this app has extended my military career as the job is hard on the body but this here pushes you yet rounds you out so your not neglecting body movements or stability for baseless power. Easy to use app that has me geared up for another workout. Thanks BJ!!
10 month Transformation
I can remember my goal going into college 7 years ago that I would become physically fit and be this superhero like person. The case of protag-itus (main character syndrome) one might call it. However, I never did anything about it and it could be that my motivations were only at face value. It wasn’t until April of 2018 that I finally began to take my fitness seriously and not so I could look like Hercules or Henry Cavill in a super suite, but because I realized life is incredibly short and when you are physically unfit and depressed you find yourself in a cycle of missing out of what life is showing. I picked up running as well as consistently doing BJ’s workouts. This app has been key in helping me reach my physical goal and in turn also providing me with energy and confidence to face my other goals and challenges. It’s accessible and personal. Well worth the investment.
