Description

Learn to read words in English with sight words by slicing the words in half.

This is a simple Dolch Sight Words for Preschool, Kindergarten, help children learn how to spell and recognize words of frequently used words compiled by Edward William Dolch, PhD. The list was first prepared in 1936. Though Dr. Dolch compiled the list based on children's books of his era. The list contains 220 "sight words" that have to be easily recognized in order to achieve reading fluency in the English language. The original word list excludes nouns, which comprise a separate 95-word noun list. The game is designed to make children smart thinking and can recognize sounds, putting letters together words into syllables to make the children think logically to identify the structure of different English words.

Many of the original 220 Dolch words cannot be learned by pictures or "sounded out" using common sound/letter phonics patterns and have to be learned by sight; hence the term, "sight words." The original Dolch words which compromise of 220 words and the additional 95 nouns is usually divided into grades, though for native English speakers, all the Dolch Sight Words should be learned before elementary education begins.

Instructions:
Become a ninja slice the sight words and learn them. Make sure you slice the right word.
In this way, not only a child will learn to differentiate between words but also he/she will be able to learn enormous words.

It needs improvement and then would be great

An option to slow down how quickly the words come at the child would be helpful, especially because one slice usually doesn’t get the word. Also being able to choose which words to work on, and then keep adding more as they improve on some, would be especially helpful as well. My son really wants to play it because it’s a ninja.

Good job!

When I first tried it, there were a lot of adds so it was getting hard to play. But when I tried it without internet connection I really enjoyed the game my 4 year old niece really liked the background and the flow of gameplay so, after that it’s her favorite game as compared to other learning apps. She liked it so I have to say it’s best game.
