One of a kind

So as long as I’ve been focused on my mental health(a little over a year now) I have never come across an app that is so helpful and precise!
More so, I have always been on the hunt for an app that helps me connect with my thoughts and find ways to put my feelings into words, it also helps me stay on top of my passion for writing and quick thinking. I have had this for about 5 days and I’m already starting to try and make it a habit to write and really think about how I feel that day, I try to be as honest as I can because this is just something I would want to keep to myself for now but I also love that there is absolutely no judgement!
I would love it if we could have certain section such as a diary of some sort.
I love this app and I plan to always use it to help me further help myself and keep track of my thoughts!

Delete your social media and replace it with this!

This is so unbelievably special. I deleted my social media a few months ago because I couldn’t stand the mess of content, ads, and harshly comparing myself to others. I realized scrolling through social media made me feel terrible every day. Since going off all online platforms, I do miss the ability to check in with the people I really care about all at once. But then I discovered this app and it is a GAME CHANGER! I’ve invited my close friends to participate. It is absolutely lovely and wonderful. It’s therapy for you and the people you care about. This is meaningful connection. Honestly I want to support this app in any way I can. I would love to keep it growing. Seriously I would donate money to keep this in the air! Thank you a million times over!

Much needed

The pandemic has brought on so much stress, and this week I was really feeling it. I struggle with PTSD and body dysmorphia - recently, my symptoms have come into full force. With that being said, I was trying to adjust lifestyle habits that contributed to my unhealthy thought patterns. I realized that social media was taking up so much of my mental and emotional energy on a daily basis. I came across this app and realized I had the power to make a change. Within moments, I deleted all social media apps from my phone and downloaded this one. None of my friends are on it, but I’ve already connected with a stranger from a prompt. This is only my second day on the app, and I’m absolutely loving it. I can already feel the difference it’s making in my life.
