- and more coming later
In powerlifting workouts category, you will find mostly workouts involving three big lifts, almost all workouts there consists of back squats, deadlifts, and bench press. Powerlifting workouts are mostly done with low reps and heavy weights with prolonged rest.
Weightlifting workouts category is focused clean & jerk, snatch and their variations. These workouts are also great for CrossFit but they are highly focused on improving 1 rep max, and all training sessions are focused only on weightlifting. Most weightlifting workouts concentrate only on a few reps per session but used weights are always almost you maximal weights.
Bodybuilding workouts category focuses on muscle growth. Workouts there are higher reps compared to powerlifting and always focus on all body parts. Bodybuilding workouts are slightly lighter, but the intensity should be higher.
CrossFit workouts category has strength workouts that are a great addition to your CrossFit routine. All workouts in this category are designed so you can still do the WOD (Workout Of the Day) after your strength routine. Most workouts focus on improving your 1 RM, but some of them also involve high rep practice which is needed in the CrossFit.
Universal category involves all other workouts. Most of the workouts from this category can be done by beginners or as addition to any other sport where you want to get a stronger body. Make sure to check these workouts. The universal category doesn't make them easy!
